Another annoyance is that the files on the CF
card are not time & date stamped. The D-8 did
that to DAT (but nothing else reads it), and
my iBook does it nicely. You can tell the order
in which files are recorded by the file name,
assuming that you don't delete. I don't think
a F/W upgrade will fix this since I doubt that
there's a time-of-day chip inside. Wonder if
there's an Edirol user's group ...
Hmmm, Google doesn't see one, try edirol.com ...
OK, let's register R-1. Mozilla fills in form,
click, nothing! Hmmm, page says "If your
operating system is Mac OS X please use
Internet Explorer to access this portion
of the website." Sorry, absolutely not!
