Yes, it is quite a bit more expensive than for instance the 660, and
also the 670, although a lot lighter at least than the latter. Seems
like the present solid state recorders are few and with big leaps in
price between the different kinds available.
Budget considerations place me at around the Marantz PMD-660, I
guess, which doesn't sound like such a bad option.
