It's Plastic Canvas Egg or Plastic Canvas Globe. Sometimes 3d is added
to the name. A google search on those will turn up a number of places
that sell them. Michael's website does not seem to list products. Here's

I thought of you and your shoulder mounted mics when I first saw them.
I'm betting any craft store that carries plastic canvas has them. They
are promoted for things like Christmas ornaments.
