Alternatives to Sound Professionals slimline mics?

Subject: Alternatives to Sound Professionals slimline mics?

I placed an order for these mics about six weeks ago at Sound
Professionals, "SP-CMC-10 - SOUND PROFESSIONALS - PREMIUM AUDIO
TECHNICA SLIMLINE HYPERCARDIOID STEREO MICROPHONES", but for some
unknown reason they are having "supplies issues", or, as they say, "We
are experiencing a sort of turnover in some of the manufacture's
product lines."

Since they are unable to even give an estimate as to when the above is
back in stock, and they are not able to provide decent alternatives, I
was wondering if people on the list know about good alternatives to
the mic mentioned above (or similar ones)...?

Any help appreciated. I'm going to the States in January, and was
convinced I could bring the Sound Professionals slimline mics along
for some recording...but...etc.

=D8ivind.
