The frequency of the call is in the right range, and it sounds loud
enough. Coqui have a call that exceeds 120dB. I've only heard a few
recordings, so am no expert on these.

This is a very tiny frog, with insect like calls that vary a lot in
frequency and are very quiet:

The above from a coastal Georgia population. Does not sound at all like
what you have. Greenhouse frogs are also interesting in that they have
eggs that develop to small frogs before hatching, so don't need water to
lay in, only damp leaf litter and such like.
