I would farther add any time you want to put a link to anything in the
internet into a email all you have to do is copy it's address out of
your browser and paste that into the email. It's best to paste it in on
a separate line from any of your text. Email software knows to recognize
the address as a link and highlight and make it active.
Most browsers will also give you a popup menu off any link on a page
with the option to copy the link address. Then that can be pasted into
your email.
If it's long and messy looking and ends up longer than a line it will
have to be reconstructed by the end user as the line break will mess up
the address by adding a hidden character. (computer programmers are
sometimes real dumb) If you can in such situations see if backing up a
step or two gives a shorter link, and give some directions as to where
to go from there to get to what you want them to see. Some places
construct their pages on the fly as served, and about all you can do is
give their home URL link. When you look in your browser URL line many
pages on that site may have the same address.
