Hello,
The HHB Portadisc has a built-in speaker, but can you use the
word "decent"? Well, HHB themselves describe it as a "mono
internal speaker provided for non-critical monitoring" and I
think that's right. I've used this deck a couple of times, by
the way, and it's really a pleasure to work with it --even if
the battery charge indicators aren't really accurate.

Have a nice week
Matt
