New (to me) White-crowned Sparrow dialect

Subject: New (to me) White-crowned Sparrow dialect

I've had a White-crowned Sparrow hanging out at my feeders the last few
days that sings a completely different song dialect than I have heard
anywhere. I am wondering if any of you has heard this dialect and might
tell me where this bird originated. White-crowns are great "dialecticians",=

and often form very local dialects. My normal birds are Zonotrichia
leucophrys oriantha, and I hear them all winter every year, so I'me very
familiar with the local dialect.

I've posted an MP3 on the Nature Recordists' site
at http://www.naturesongs.com/recordists/nrfiles.html at the bottom of the=

page. The 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 8th and 9th song are from the bird in
question, the 2nd, 4th, and 6th are the "normal" dialect for this area.
Note that the new bird's song is very like a White-throated's song - could=

this be a White-crowned raised near White-throateds?
