The idea is ok, it's the details of voice recognition that bog it down.
Some frogcalls only differ slightly. And vary in the details from
individual to individual. It very quickly becomes a custom software
recognizing only limited calls of a specific sub population. You almost
have to rework the software for each site last I heard.
