We should address cause of the problem this discussion is really addressing= . The cause is very simple and the solution extremely difficult and one the will require a revamping of our economy from one of growth to one of satiability. The cause that I am referring to, is of course, our continuing and unrestrained growth. We can criticize the developers and those that abuse our environment, but the fact remains, that generally speaking, they are only filling a demand created by our growth. This really is not the place for this discussion and Doug will probably intervene. I hope I haven't offended anyone with this.
