If you are Windows based then it appears you have not defined what
program is suppose to launch mp3 files. Otherwise it could be a
broser setup issue. The easiest work around is to "right click" the
link and save the target to your hard drive and then you can open it
from whatever application you wish to.

PS I am learning to dislike mp3 more and more but it is compact for
net use even though it is a bit shallow sounding compared to wave in
general.
