I have a lot of experience with this issue. I am in the middle of the same
issue with Dell. The problem is, my laptop (HP) is also running XP and it
recognizes the HHb via USB and I don't have any problems. I called and talked
with
HHb on Wed of this past week and they said it should work just fine with XP.
Unless something changed with XP in the past couple months there is no reason
why it shouldn't work.
I am also interested in what others are experiencing this issue.
