Hi all,
I would suggest to take a look at my software page at
http://www.unipv.it/cibra/softw.html
There you can see examples of spectrograms made with my PC software. You
can download the now obsolete, but still valuable, DOS version able to run=

on any old 486 equipped with a SoundBlaster. Also you can go to an external=

website where you can download the free version of my latest software
running in Windows. It is completely free, though it has some limitations
compared with the Pro version. It will be upgraded very soon with a less
restricted evaluation version. If you like it, you could also ask me the
Pro version we use in the lab. For getting the Pro version for free I
simply ask to do not use it for profit and to acknowledge the Author if you=

use it for scientific papers or reports.

Forgot to say that these programs work in real-time (either in recording
and in playing files) and are thus very useful for field research, for
browsing recordings and for education. The Pro version I can provide for
free to the members of the list can run up to 192kHz in real time.
