Embedding text into wave files

Hi Bruce,
I thought I'd decloak long enough to jump in with a link on the issue of
embedding text into CD's. Some CD authoring software supports this function
but precious few players will display it. I had a Sony CD player in my car
with a fairly large display on its faceplate and once in a while it would
light up with all kinds of info when I inserted a CD-Text encoded disk.
These were usually Sony/CBS artists. Some of the Sony home CD decks would
display it too. It's too bad the feature never caught on with more folks.
This site may be a little dated by now, but it has several good links:

And now, back to the shadows ;)
