I have a CD of music by Scott Kirby with exactly that title, but he is
missing the first "g".
I like his music. The title song chorus says:
"When you're walkin on thin ice you might as well dance."

BTW The best technique for actually surveying thin ice safely was developed
by a fellow environmental scientist,
he pushed an aluminum dory in front of him, and could safely get water
samples at any month of the New England year - I watched him one December
as he got near the middle and the ice broke, and he fell - - INTO the
dory. With knee boots, if the ice was too thin, he rowed and bounced up
and down a lot. If thick, he walked. He never got more than his boot
bottoms wet.
