As Walt pointed out it si Polycarbonate, and is a pain to paint.
However, many body shells for radio controlled vehicles are also made of
polycarbonate. A number f companies make paints especially for these.
So, if you do decide to paint it - try your local model shop. We use
cans of spray paint called "pactra", and marketed/manufactured by Testor
- a US company. Take a look at
