mini-phone plugs

After many years of begging and pleading, Switchcraft have added
3.5mm stereo mini plugs to their line. Not all distributors have them
yet, but Mouser Electronics does. They don't make a right-angled one.
I use the 35HDBAU, black metal handle with gold plating. It's a
relief to have a well-made plug.
