Hi, this morning I heard what I believe were 2 Swift Parrots on the equestrian/ fire trail behind Hackett. I heard the distinctive call of Swift Parrots and saw 2 small bright green parrots flying off. [at 9am, halfway between the water tank where they have been seen in previous autumns and the Antill St entrance.] I went home and got binoculars so that I could double check visually, however we couldn’t find them again. Given they are in this area most years at this time, it would be worth keeping an ear out for them.
