I’m hoping some of the visitors to the Big Dam at Mulligans Flat Woodland Sanctuary can help identify a possible swan nest in the south eastern corner of the dam (35°10'45.6"S 149°09'41.2"E).

 

A photo of this ‘grass’ structure has been posted to Canberra Nature Map for identification. The mound of brown ‘grass’ appears to have a tunnel entrance, which has influenced the identification process, but that may be just a shadow.
