Having just returned from 10 days away, I was pleased to hear Swift Parrots calling again this morning, sounded like a couple at least. Then managed to see a single bird feeding in the flowering Yellow Gum in the nature reserve through the rain and mist. Their drinking spot, which had dried up, is now a watercourse a few metres across.
