A Rufous Fantail in the lower end of the Rain Forest at the ANBG this morning around 10.

Lots of lovely small birds around – Grey Fantails, Eastern Spinebills, various Thornbills, Wb Scrub Wrens, Spotted Pardalotes, lots of Fairy Wrens ... Plus usual corvids, rosellas, and Gang Gangs recently .
Did have a mystery bird a week or so ago - little smaller than a Magpie-Lark, generally black/very dk grey above, white below, with some white in the wings, especially a notable strip at the top of the wing; solid bill. It was fairly still when perched, and moved from branch to branch before flying off. I had hoped to get another better look ...
