Hi Julie. What they have done IS ILLEGAL. They committed a breach of copyright. I have given permission many, many times for my photos to be used for the promotion of birds and there habitat but have been asked permission, if they want them to make a profit the answer is usually NO. I have also found some of my pics used without permission and have sent them an email to let them know of the legal ramifications and they take them down straight away. There is so much free stuff on the internet that people think it is OK to take what they want but you are the copyright holder of the pics no matter where you put them and what they have done (again) IS ILLEGAL.
