I saw several on top of Red Hill a few weeks back (only females and juveniles) if that is relevant to anything.

Unfortunately, as can be expected when I report bird "sightings", it came in injured possibly car strike on Commonwealth Avenue outside the British High Commission and was taken to a vet for treatment.
