Me too! A few days ago a friend told me of seeing a powerful owl in his front yard in Aranda in November. Again, not quite aware of the significance.

A couple of months ago some friends told me that they had had a Powerful Owl in their neighbourhood of western Cook. They didn’t realise the significance of the species and hadn’t thought to tell anyone. By the time they mentioned it to me the bird had moved on – possibly to Turner? They did comment that all their possum problems had been solved.
