Little Corella feeding frenzy (or bloated siesta)

To answer ur question. No they do not roost there. They r gone by COB. :) 

I live nearby and I heard them in the morning lately but I don't think they are year around in the area.

It is just interesting to a high concentration of them feeding and roosting so low along busy road/pedestrian path.

Ok will check next few days.

These Corella's are long-time Tuggeranong and Erindale centric residents.

It's probably been discussed before, but does anybody wish to volunteer some answers as to why?

Is it simply due to a suitable 'food source' for Corella's which is the same for both locations? Do they also roost in the same vicinity?
I'm guessing it is simply due to a particular type of tree??
