Lindsay,
The top picture is the Pectoral Sandpiper. The cut off from the speckled upper breast and white abdomen is the most clear feature. The bottom picture is much harder to be sure and I don't know if the bird in the top picture is also in the bottom picture. You were there, I wasn't. But on what is reported already from there and what shows on your picture I suggest they are both Sharp-tailed Sandpipers.

I am having difficulty sorting out the sandpipers at Kelly’s Swamp.  The two pictures below were taken from some distance and are not very good but at least they might be enough to shed some light onto which (if either) is a Pectoral Sandpiper.

 

 

 

Any advice appreciated
