Hi,

I cannot help but notice the large amount of traffic concerning Mark’s good idea about planting up the Fyshwick Sewage Ponds and all those who have put their hands up to help if so required.

May I take the opportunity to point out that just across the road is the Jerrabomberra Wetlands, also in great need of many hands to help with some plantings.  Willows have been cleared along the peninsula and there is about to start a large typha and phragmites planting program to replace them.  Help is urgently needed.

For further information contact the on-site ranger, Michael at  or the convenor of the Wetlands Friends m("gmail.com","friendsofjerrawetlands");"> They would love to hear from you.

Chris
