Escapee Cockatiel

While out in the yard yesterday afternoon in Forde I heard an unusual call. 
Looking up I saw an overall whitish bird with longish tail. It circled around 
for some time calling as if not sure which way to head. It reminded me of a 
cockatiel. It was definitely a parrot of sorts.

The closest I can think of is a whiteface Cockatiel, most likely an escapee.
