Thanks, that is a great use of the COG data (and done so quickly! Of course
that is based on a slow process that leads to that point). Even though I
didn't have that information and the "reporting rate" statistic has
limitations, this sure look like a solid outcome to me and consistent with
my individual impressions and what I have just sent out.
