Some (20?) years ago there was a very aggressive one on the walking trail around Mt Rogers. It was sufficiently unpleasant that an official "aggressive bird" sign was erected for it. Unfortunately I assumed this was a Magpie and didn't notice the Friarbird until it skimmed my head.
