1 August – in the south west corner of Narrabundah Hill, high in the tree near the gate, 14 Dusky Woodswallows huddled together cutely in the same tree (against strong winds at 11.30am) with 3 Black Faced Cuckoo Shrikes. 

 

More Cuckoo Shrikes were seen moving towards the SE corner, maybe up to 6 of them – but not positively counted as they were flying at a greater distance from me and struggling against the wind.  They may have included the 3 already seen.

 

One White Cheeked Honeyeater visited my garden yesterday.
