Almost certainly Jean saw a White-eared Honeyeater. The White-cheeked
Honeyeaters do not occur here.

I was watching White-cheeked Honeyeaters at Batemans Bay yesterday, but
I'm not sure if they have been recorded in Canberra before. Did you mean
White-cheeked, Jean? Where is your garden?
