Hawk at Kelly's Swamp

I went back to Kelly's Swamp on the way home today (3rd time today) and saw a 
raptor harrass a Purple Swamphen.  I got some (sadly) very blurry images and I 
think it was a Brown Goshawk, but it could have been a Swamp Harrier or 
Collared Sparrowhawk.  Again I apologise for the poor quality of the images, 
but does anyone have an opinion on the attached please?  In flight it looked 
more like the Swamp Harrier according to S&D - quite grey above and pale below.
