I went for a walk at Farrer Ridge this afternoon (sunday). Few birds until I
got up near the top of the ridge in the remnant forest where there was a
feeding group with Weebill, Brown Thornbill, White Eared Honeyeater, Grey
Fantail and Scarlet Robin. I have attached a crop of the Robin.

There were huge numbers of kangaroos - anyone who goes for a walk anywhere
other than suburbia in Canberra must surely see that there's too many Grey
Kangaroos?

Thanks Suzanne for suggesting the area. I didn't see heaps of bird, but the
views were great, and got some good photos of the Roos.
