Where to report branded Pelicans? + Superb Parrots

Basicly what you do is as your comming down from Canberra go straight ahead at the two round abouts and then follow the roads adjascent to to the beach until your reach a dead end and a car park. Park at the car park and you are there.
 
The Osprey was still there yesterday and today I had a Square-tailed Kite Over Surfside. Topknots also still present.
