Sunday just gone, heard and then saw a small group of Noisy Friarbirds (with Red Wattlebirds) in the flowering Ironbarks of the car park of Magnet Mart in Belconnen (Lathlain St). Is this about the normal time they arrive? Also Wood Ducks with 7 ducklings near Blundells Cottage (LBG) and a pair of Black Swans with 4 cygnets. ******************************************************************************************************* This is the email announcement and discussion list of the Canberra Ornithologists Group.
