Hi,
The last record I received was on Tuesday from Canberra Gardens
Grassland Reserve in Crace. Reported by two people doing training in the
grasslands who saw a flock of approx 20 Swift Parrots flying about in a
patch of planted eucalypts identified as E. globulus subsp. bicostata.
The birds were probably roosting there as it was late in the day and
they did not appear to be foraging in the trees (which were not in
flower)

The attached Google Earth Image shows the location

Regards,
Belinda

Would somebody please advise if the Swift Parrots are still at Mt
Majura? When were they last seen? Also, what is the best access point
for the concrete water tank where they've been seen?

Thanks

Regards
Frank Antram
