Hi Dimitris,

I think it is a female King Quail.  I used to keep them in an aviary and as soon as I saw your photo I recognised it.  Just to be sure, I googled images of King Quails and she looks identical.  King Quail are smaller than Brown Quail, but I realise that estimating size in the field can be tricky unless you have something of known size to compare the bird to.
