well as long as residents dont ask for any hazard reduciton burns the orad
is a buffer!! but the first fire that goes through will mean more of the
reserve is put under hazard reduction burns which contradict conservation
goals.

well i will tie myself to a try (if i can find one) before houses go over
another grassland communtiy!!!
