The new (proposed?) suburb is Throsby, as seen on the map below:

The codes on the map are explained elsewhere on the Territory 
Plan website, but I lost patience trying to piece them together.
This document gives a better view of the intensions and covers
wildlife corridors; the map showing "higher density residential"
in the narrowest section between the two reserves doesn't 
inspire me.
