Yes I've heard about this "Condor" from Europe,
before. It isn't of course. There are only two species of Condors, one in South
America and one in North America. They are large New World vultures, a group
that are actually derived from storks. They resemble proper vultures, but
they are not related to raptors. That bird "Pyrennian Condor" is most likely the
Griffon Vulture Gyps fulvus, that is a proper vulture (ie a member
of the Falconiformes - or is that Accipitriformes).
