Gee this is something you need to think about but what is typical of Canberra in my humble opinion is Common Myna, Pied Currawong, Galah, Crimson Rosella and Red Wattlebirds. A possible contender if we are being completely Aussie is Magpie-lark. If I may be so bold I will add a further species, one that is a johny-come-lately – “Dopey Politicians”.
