Hi All,

I was up at the Mt Majura dams this evening (friday)and the local pair of glossies came down for drink accompanied by a newly fledged youngster. The young bird flew down to the waters edge but didn't drink. I spent some time watching this pair feeding Wednesday afternoon uphill from the dam and they did not have the young bird with them then. The young bird was begging loudly and continuously as is usual with black cockatoo young.
Hopefully they will be back tomorrow afternoon for the scheduled walk at 3.45.

Tom
