Glossy Black-Cockatoos are classified as 'uncommon
non-breeding visitors' on the ACT checklist. Do you
plan to submit this obs to the Rarities Panel for
endorsement as a breeding record, Tom? Does anyone
know of any published/confirmed breeding records for
the ACT?
