Some good birds at Newline yesterday morning in the front paddock, mainly
beyond the abandoned ammunition dump, up the hill

Crested shrike tit
Speckled warbler
Brown tree creeper
Southern whiteface
Many striated pardalotes and some looking into a hole in a tree. Surely
not nesting time?
Brown headed honeyeater
Double barred finch
(Not the complete list)

But no thornbills were seen. Also, good, no starlings or Indian mynas
