This morning at Majura they were fairly unsettled, perhaps due to the large
number of Pied Currawongs. After a lot of long-range consultation between
these, the main mob of PCs, maybe 70 birds, moved off noisily in a northerly
direction, so perhaps they were migrating themselves. Although the resident
dozen or so currawongs stayed around, the SPs then followed the usual
pattern and stayed round the tank until about 1150 when they went strangely
absent just as Barbara Allan arrived.
