Got reasonable perched views of 3 LLs in the area described by Yarden (30-50 metres north of the reservoir) at about 9.30 this morning. They were moving from tree to tree but were fairly vocal so quite easy to find. They disappeared in the direction of suburbia after being dive-bombed by a Noisy Miner, no more seen despite another half hour at the site, so an earlier morning visit would probably be more fruitful, judging from the number Yarden saw. cheers Steve |
