Hi all,
Last week I mentioned an unusually high number of Musk Lorikeet sightings in
Brisbane suburbs. I had a lot of people interested in these and wanting to
go find some for themselves, so I've made up a map of locations of sightings
for people to look at. It can be accessed here:

It is based on Google Maps, so you can zoom in and look at street names etc
to find out how to get to the places where the sightings were. In
particular the Fig Tree Pocket Rd sighting is of birds likely to hang around
for another week or so, as the trees are flowering in full swing right now.
I'll be away from Wednesday for a week, but please send me any sightings you
have (with date, location - by street address if possible, number of birds,
and any photos you are willing to contribute) and I will put them on the
page when I get back.
And keep an eye out for Swift Parrots while you are looking!
