It does depend a lot on what you're interested in, and if you're
chasing numbers or just some really interesting birds.
Homebush Bay is great for waders and other wet things. Most of the
sites you mention are good for waders, but I reckon (and I'm totally
biased) that the bush birding an hour west in the Blue Mountains is
far more interesting. I've got some free time in the next few weeks
too if you want to be shown around.
So have a think about what you want and what's interesting and let us
know. There's some extremely generous and knowledgeable birders in the
area, surely someone will help you out.
