I remember one night spotlighting at Mt Glorious having both a Marbled
Frogmouth and a Sooty Owl calling at the same time in close proximity.

Subject: Sooty Owl on Mt Glorious
I just spent last evening up at Mt Glorious (SEQld) watching a Sooty Owl
calling on a branch no more than 10m away from me. Amazing! What a buzz!
I also saw a Marbled Frogmouth (race Plumiferus), which are quite different
to the usual Tawny Forgmouth we see.
Possibly not that interesting for some people out there but a great night of
birding as far as I was concerned.
Cheers,
Carl
